BEFORE

Crew will arrive in the morning and begin preparing the site for the custom reimaging work to begin.

DURING

Cuts are made 2″ – 4″ away from existing island and the stainless steel is set and fit into place. The existing island concrete is treated with a liquid bonding agent and the 4000 pound compression strength concrete is poured over the entire island creating a 2″ capover of new concrete.

AFTER

Site is cleaned-up and cones are set to guard wet concrete as well as protect customers. Forms are stripped, dispensers wiped down and final clean-up is finished in the morning. Your customers are still able to access the pumps to dispense gasoline the entire time the work is being completed. Each pump is shut-down for only 10 – 30 minutes each depending on the size of the island.
